Creative Director – Design

Susan brings over 21 years of creative experience to C7. From initial design concepts & branding to final delivery, she is accustomed to tight deadlines, lean budgets and juggling multiple projects. As a print designer, Susan shines where she can exercise her artistic creativity and vision, ultimately informing business success and building better brands.

Aside from graphic design, she is also a fine artist, cross-fit junkie, traveler, and sloth enthusiast.

Jake Hanson
Creative Director – Digital

Jake is a multi-talented digital marketing professional and photographer with a keen eye for dynamic branding and a passion for unique & creative marketing techniques. 

With roughly a decade of experience working in the outdoor and active lifestyle market, Jake has developed talents in creative content production, public relations, social media strategy, website development and various other forms of digital marketing. He has a passion for live music and is an active photographer in the Seattle music scene.

Tanner Mclaughlin
Art Director

Tanner is an established graphic designer and art director with a diverse portfolio of visual creations. After cutting her teeth on the mean streets on New York City, working in-house with optical brand Illesteva and serving as a freelance designer for several other brands, restaurants and publications, Tanner returned to Seattle to reconnect with the west coast. Since her return, Tanner has worked as a designer and marketing specialist for Seattle's Guild Entertainment, freelanced for large clients like Starbucks, and was recently named the Art Director for the Capitol Hill Block Party, one of Seattle's leading music festivals.

Copy Supervisor

Keith Creighton is an expert  storyteller. His engaging copy helps businesses better connect with potential customers and usher them to sales. He brainstorms business names, product titles and taglines concepts and provides in-depth brand consultations and marketing strategy. For more than 20 years, Keith has worked with clients in just about every industry, from one-person startups to some of the world’s biggest brands. Maura Barclay
Project Manager

Maura’s management career began as a firefighter and paramedic, both positions in which she learned to establish incident command while coordinating various agencies. Maura later found herself in Los Angeles in the film and television industry, where she worked on more than a dozen small films as a Unit Production Manager, coordinating a variety of production departments, multiple unions, city permitting compliance, etc. She thrives on discovering and navigating the unique challenges that arise with every project and helping each individual recognize their contributions to bring the project across the finish line on time and on budget.
